The Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) is a USA non-profit organization which creates and manages effective learning strategies for working adults through partnerships with employers, higher education, the public sector, and labor.

• BIU became an institutional member of the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning in 2001.
• In 2003 membership is not renewed. BIU considered other options more suitable.
