Dr. Elie George Shbeir completed his Ph.D. at Bircham International University and since then he has been appointed teacher of English Language for some years at Haigazian University and Middle East University in Lebanon. These universities are not only recognized by the Ministry of Education in Lebanon but has also affiliation agreements with many Universities worldwide.
