BIU HUMAN NETWORK

The Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council is a non-government and non-profit making initiative of the International University of Fundamental Studies (IUFS) registered in St. Petersburg, Russia and  working together with Russian state universities. In 1998, the Ministry of Education, Russia - State Committee for Higher Education & Science, St. Petersburg, Russia, recognized IUFS. In 2007 IUFS opened the Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council (IHAC).

• The Intergovernmental Higher Academic Council  approves and asserts the quality of dissertations, scientific research and pedagogical activities of leading Universities.
• In 2007 Bircham International University got the Accreditation of IHAC.
